Facebook Addiction!

It boils down to this, 5 points.

1. If you spend most of your straight time thinking about the it to the point that it distracts you from other things, this is a strong indicator that you have the obsessive aspect of addiction.

2. If you maneuvre events around things that may get in the way of using it. That much mental energy dedicated to something so destructive is definitely not what I would consider a "good life".

3. If it causes problems in your life, be they financial, physical, emotional or spiritual, and you continue.

4. If your behaviour is totally out of character, negatively.

5. If you need more in order to achieve the same sensations, you are developing a tolerance to it. Your body/brain is growing used to it, which is never a good sign.

You are a Addict!

1. Morning coffee and FB?
2. Mulititasking with FB?
3. You know your life is not the same without FB?
4. You know the shite your posted?
5. How many times did you go on FB when you first signed up and now?
